The THINK project team consists of teleworkers with backgrounds of the highest quality in different areas of the services industry.

We are ready to supply services in three different ways:

1.Global services contract
Agreement to supply services in one or all service areas mentioned above.

2.Permanent or one-off sub-contracts
Sub-contracting of services for a certain amount of time, or per job, depending on needs of client.

3.Implementation of a specific solution
Proposal of a technological and organisational solution appropriate to the specifications given by the client. Selection, training, management and monitoring of teleworkers as specified by the client.

Expert Project Managers and Team Managers in each service area are responsible for the high quality of the service and make sure the specifications given by the client are followed. The solid training of our teleworkers is, at times, planned to fit the needs of the client. In some cases, there is a period of training in TELEMANutenção, where the service is carried out as if from home, but closely followed by the Team Managers. Project Managers keep in close touch with the client, planning regular meetings in order to discuss the progress of the job in hand.
